I really love this portrait, and there are many reasons for it. My main reason is that she has a “regular” body, so not overly skinny like we see so often these days. I think it’s a great way to contribute to body positivity! Aside from that, I also really like the muted colours you have used. It gives her this friendly look, inviting, almost. I do have one point that I’d like to offer you some advice on: her eyes are so very dark, without even a catch light in them, which makes them contrast so harshly with the rest of her friendly demeanour. I would definitely recommend using a white gel pen to add some catch lights into her eyes to really complete the picture. Overall though, you did an amazing job, so keep up the good work!
